The Gastonia Grizzlies has become one of the premier summer ball organizations in the country. The Grizzlies have set the franchise attendance record for seven consecutive seasons and just finished 2014 ranked 9th in the country in attendance. The Grizzlies have now averaged more than 2,000 fans a game for three consecutive seasons and have increased overall sell outs the past four years. The organization has set revenue records for the past five seasons and overall ticket sales have doubled annually since 2007.
The Grizzlies are known for their unique promotions including the Grandma Beauty Pageant, Super Splash Day, and the Great Community Give Back Game. In 2010 the Grizzlies won best promotion at the Summer Ball Conference for the Midnight Madness Game, which drew more than 3,000 fans. In 2014 the Grizzlies broke the single game record with 4,381 fans. Along with two other games over 4,200.
The Grizzlies have been recognized nationally on ESPN, Stadium Journey, and Ballpark Digest. However, in 2014 the Grizzlies introduced new Tuxedo Uniforms. The uniforms received over 48 million views across the internet in less than 24 hours.
All Box Seats have been sold out for the Grizzlies since 2011.
